Wrongful Ban
Ok, this is just absolutely ridiculous. I hop onto guild wars today after a cup of coffee. Much to my suprise, after entering my password, I am confronted not by my many character slots, but a odious message informing me that my account has been permanently banned due to "Account Fraud"....
I can tell you that I have never committed fraud of any kind. And now I am getting the run-around from technical support, and the phone service wasn't much help either. My guess is they banned me because they saw me using the same credit card as my father, which he willingly pays for both our accounts, expansions, etc... I have no where else to turn, somone help! |

Hey man your not alone, i just got that today, same thing, my name is on my CC and they also took the money as well cause i checked my account. I send in and hopefull they get back to me fast.

If you have any issue's concerning an account ban, you will need to take it up with Anet's support. They will be able to look into this and assist you.
